Help with your account or a payment
- Write from the email address on your account, so we can find it.
- For a payment, say when you paid and which plan you bought. The charge on your card statement reads
DODOPAY_INVITELY; Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. The refund policy says when we give money back. - You can delete your account yourself, from your account page.
A question about an invite you received
The host made the invite and can change it, so ask them first. To change or remove your reply, open the invite on the device you replied from.
Report an invite
If an invite is spam, a scam, abusive or wrong in another way, tap Report this invite at the bottom of the invite, choose what is wrong and send it. A photo in an invite’s shared album can be reported the same way. The host is not told who reported it.
We look at every report. If the invite breaks our terms, it is taken down.
