No. Invitely is a web app. It runs in the browser on your phone or computer, and you can add it to your home screen.

Do my guests need an app or an account?

No. Guests open your link and reply with a name. Email is optional.

Can I start on my computer and carry on from my phone?

Yes. Sign in on either one and the same events are there.
